HON. YUSUF JOSHUA LIST DOGARA'S PROJECTS IN MARTI AS COUNTER TO A CLAIM OF MARGINALIZATION

In response to a claim of marginalization of Marti in the administration of Rt. Hon. Yakubu Dogara by Tarum MK Marti, Hon Yusuf Joshua [JP] took to his timeline to register his surprise as he wonder if the claimer is truly from Marti and listing a number of projects in which he could personally recall was carried out in Marti by Rt. Hon. Yakubu Dogara.

The response by Hon Yusuf Joshua [JP] is as follows:

We are surprised at a write up by one Tarum Manasseh Komo alleging that RT. Hon. Yakubu Dogara has brought no project to Marti Community. It is needful to ask if Tarum is truly from Marti. Or he is talking of a different Marti Community, not the Marti of Lere South Ward, in Tafawa Balewa Local Government of Bauchi State. To the best of my knowledge these are the what RT. Hon. Yakubu Dogara has been able to do or is doing for Marti Community since becoming member House of Representatives.

1. Solar borehole at Marti Community secondary School.
2. Motorized borehole at FadMartin Giji. 
3. Hand borehole at Munvurum.(joined) 
4. Solar street light at various locations in Marti Giji, Marti Daji, Martin B/Kogi.
5. Solar Borehole at Martin B/Kogi. 
6. Solar Borehole at Dlowogn. 
7. Health clinic at Marti B/Kogi. 
8. Health clinic at Dlowogn.
9. Hand borehole at Dilga. 
10. A block of two classrooms at Marti B/Kogi. 
11. A block of 3 classrooms at Martin Giji ( on going).
12. Rural Road project passing through Marti B/Kogi and Badam to Lere, from Dutsen Lawan.(on going)
13. Contribution towards construction of Marti community bridge.
14. In 2010 RT. Hon. Y. Dogara rehabilitated some fallen electric poles and cables on the electric line from Lere to Marti Giji.
15. Provided 10 bundles of roofing sheets to Marti Daji Primary school block constricted by community.
16. Earth Dam at Marti Daji(frustrated by community).

These are what the RT. Hon Yakubu Dogara has for Marti Community which I can recall for now. Besides these, he has touched the lives of individuals in Marti community too many for me to name, in form of scholarships, employments, medical assistances empowerment packages and so on. However, these individuals include Tatum's father who was given keke Napep and his paternal uncle who was given a Mercedes saloon car. Tarum's elder brother enjoyed Hon. Yakubu Dogara's scholarship while at Lovina University. Tarum's cousin was until recently, Dogara's Legislative Aid.

I make bold counter Tarum's claim that Marti Community has the largest number of unemployed graduates in Bauchi State. Where that statistics come from? If Marti Community will not be grateful for what RT. Hon. Dr. Yakubu Dogara has done for her, then it very unfortunate. There thousands of other communities in his constituency, many of which have not gotten not even one of these. However, I am sure Marti as a community is not as ungrateful as Tarum and surely, is not talking for her.

I know, there is Marti Community Development Association and Tarum is not it's spokesman.
