Prof. Bogoro Emerges Public Service Person Of The Year 2019

The Executive Secretary of the Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFund), Prof. Sulieman Elias Bogoro has been announced as the ‘Public Service Person of the Year 2019’ by the Management of the Leadership Newspaper. 

Bogoro was recognized for his exceptional leadership in steering the affairs of the Tertiary Education Trust Fund.

He was lauded for his unblemished track record which has earned him the confidence of President Muhammadu Buhari.

Since his assumption of office as the Executive Secretary of TETFund, Bogoro has repositioned the Fund for efficient service delivery by prioritizing Research and Development (R and D).

Before his appointment, he was a respected Professor of Animal Science at the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi where he carried out groundbreaking research in Biochemistry and Animal Nutrition. 

Bogoro is a graduate of the University of Maiduguri where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture in 1981. He holds a Master’s Degree in Animal Science from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and a Doctorate Degree from the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi.
