Life have taught me that leaders must exemplify integrity and earn the trust of their teams and colleagues through their everyday actions, because you have done more than what is expected, that’s why the level of standard you have set can never be overlooked and overemphasized but over needed. Prof.S.E Bogoro has shown us times without number that been a good person has nothing to do with religion, face, race or culture,

it just depend on how good your heart is and how good you treat others, that’s why I called him a role model and a Humanitarian.

A Father and an erudite persona, it does not come as a surprise however that commendations and congratulatory remarks are coming in torrents from those who should know the imprints Bogoro has left in the sands of time. Napoleon Hill must have seen the Future when he said “Victory belongs to the must persevering” and this without mincing words is what has happened to the reinstatement of Prof. as the Executive Secretary Again.

Am going to use the words of the great Aristotle who said “The high minded Man, does not bear grudges, for it is not the mark of a great soul to remember injuries, but to forget them” and that is the Man I called my Confidant. Prof. S. E Bogoro.

Prof. Bogoro has the Potential every leader is looking up to because his name alone speaks volume and this piece has been ringing in my head that you are a Symbol of our rebranded educational sector with massive infrastructural development in all tertiary education and grassroots development. Unique personality with a heart of gold, driven by passion to always make a difference in any way possible and that why Prof. was able to do more than what was expected.

Leader per excellence who is a round peg in a round hole, because he has shown beyond reasonable doubt that solving the country most pressing challenges is not just the right thing but sign of good leadership,witty in his dealings and vast knowledge not just academically but socially even in public service.

The Exemplary scholar has over the years epitomizes selfless services to humanity from classroom, place of worship, family, tribe, state,region and the black race.

When the erstwhile President in person of Goodluck Jonathan appointed you as Executive Secretary of Tetfund it was not only a worthy appointment but a necessity in order to salvage the decaying state of Tertiary education.

To the delight of majority stakeholders in the education, you performed optimally which renewed the call for your reinstatement. To the delight of Everyone, President Buhari heed to the most needed cry of well wishers of education and reinstated you.

Inspiring to who tends to work with him and learn from his wealth of knowledge. Your commitment to grass root development speaks volume about you, youths can never thank you enough for the support anytime they come knocking- ascribing you the name “Man of the People”

Agitative in anything you do, always trying to make people or bring out the best in them.

Notwithstanding you a true son of the soil, a life time Grand Patron of the National Union of Zaar Students. Bridge builder looking to bridge all gaps of development in the educational sector through the numerous projects you have put in place. One man who has shown to us that he is willing to work harder, longer, more intense and beyond the call of duty to show us how effective of a leader he is.

Prof. Elias Bogoro has created an atmosphere of accountability in Tetfund. A precedence that his successor will have no option but to continue in that line. His emotional encumbrances of love without stereotyping is an attribute that not even his worst critics can take away from him.

Gives hope that even in public service, integrity is key to holding public trust in all dealings.

Opportunities presented to him over and over again because you are Reliable and

Reasonable and that’s why you are fair, sensible, never make unfound assumptions and have sound judgment when making decisions through your Open mindedness with everyone working with you and indeed I now believe you are my Natural Mentor sent from Above.
