It was indeed a busy week with lots of fascinating events. The Week (1st to 8th August 2019) Rundown is here with the latest happenings from around the Zaarland.

1. ZDA held her Second Quarter National Congress: during which necessary steps were marked to be taken for a better and progressive Zaarland. During the Congress two of our illusterous Sons appointed as Caretaker Chairmen of Bogoro and Tafawa Balewa local Government Areas;
*Hon Iliya Habila* and *Barr. Kefas Magaji* addressed the Congress Chaired by the ZDA President *Engr Isuwa Galla* while asking for a harmonious working relationship.

2. ZDA supported and Participated in the Prayer season organized by CAN Bauchi State on three of her illusterous Sons appointed as Local Government Chairmen *(Hon Iliya Habila and Barr. Kefas Magaji) and a Commissioner (Barr. Jidauna Tula Mbami).* While thanking the Governor of Bauchi State *His Excellency Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed* for finding them worthy to occupy such a position at a time like this, The CAN Bauchi chapter Prayed for God's Divine wisdom, guidance and Protection over there lives. In his speech during the program, the ZDA President called on Christians to go beyond being a card carrying members and Participate actively in politics so they could be rewarded accordingly.

3. ZDA congratulate *Hon Iliya Habila* on his assumption to duty as Chairman Bogoro Local Government Area of Bauchi State.

4. ZDA congratulate *Barr. Kefas Magaji* on his assumption to duty as Chairman Tafawa Balewa Local Government Area of Bauchi State.

5. *ZDA President Engr Isuwa Galla and Secretary General Mr Adamu Bagudu* paid a courtesy visit to Bauchi Radio station FM Bununu

and negotiated for a program slot to be aired weekly on 89.9fm in Zaar (Sayawa) Language.

With the first which was aired yesterday 7-08-2019 by *Wochakshi and Mallam Adamu Bagudu.*

6. ZDA President *Engr Isuwa Galla* Visited the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) Bogoro Study center, met with the acting DG *Dr Elvis Omotere* for a harmonious working relationship on community base program.

7. In a renewed commitment for a peaceful and cordial relationship with our neighbors, the ZDA President paid a visit to the Hakimin Bula together with the Head of Personnel of Tafawa Balewa Local Government and OC NSCDC.

8. ZDA National and Member representing Lere / Bula *Hon. Muhammad Lumo* at General Hospital Tafawa Balewa on Visitation to the sick. Wishing them quick response.
