IMAM ABUBAKAR BECAME THE FIRST TO RECEIVE U.S. RELIGIOUS FREEDOM AWARD

Imam Abubakar Abdullahi has become the first recipient of USA's International Religious Freedom Award for saving the lives of 262 Christians from armed men in Plateau State, Nigeria. He hid them in a mosque. He was tagged a "Nigerian Star" by US Embassy Nigeria.
